This topic is about name changing. as a person that goes around runescape looking at cool name and i think to my self "why cant i have that name?".
but i said to jagex in there own fourm "why dont we introduce a "Name Changin wizard". Its not that hard to do and i have thought of ways that will make it safe.

Real World Items Trade- To stop this i thought about the Sign-up when you Fist join Runescape, The name can not of existed. Example (zezima trys to sell name $100, he/she cant because name has been taken) and you have to be wise becuase once you change name aint no getting it back.

Why i thought of this idea? I thiught of this Because i am a pure in Runescape i was a twin. my Twin recently quit Runescape and now im alone, the name just didnt quite suit me alone so i felt like changing it.I couldnt without starting a new account so i thought what about a name changing wizard?

It would make it very hard for moderators to keep up with the various players with a lot of name changes. Also, it would make it confusing for friends/clan members/people and even enemies who you have been spamming to know who it is. A final point, it would make the open name choices for new players much slimmer because now you would have players blocking the original name as well as the new one.

A tip: Expand on the suggestion. How would it get changed? Would it cost money? Real money or in the game buying? These are the things that you have to expand on.

How to get changed- It would be as simple as the makeover mage, go to the person request a name. The change would take effect as soon as you logged out as it would not work withing the nano-second.

Cost Of Change - The money to change name with you suggestion of the other names being taken will be high. depends on the person. i would think 50-100k in my opion becuase if your changing name for the pupose of having it blocked from other people is sad. so why waste your money on a high priced name change?

Rs or Rl Moeny - (ignore top for this part) From experince Real money works better becuase really who would pay real money to get name change? take Xbox Live for example they cost $16 to change name wich is effective. in Runescape case they would reap the rewards of the money. but on the other hand runescape is a fun game who would waste money on it besides membership <3. It would be more fun if it just stayed as Runescape money but Ultimatly its up to jagex.
